wins Best in Specialty Show at Central States May 12, 2007!!!
At Foxfyre Wires, we have been wild about Wire Fox Terriers for over 40 years. Beginning with training two wires to U.D. degrees in Obedience, we became interested in showing in Conformation. With FoxxRun Wires we have had over thirty champions to date. Many of these wires were also Multiple Group Winners and Specialty Show Winners. Some of our latest wire fox terrier puppies are now in the show ring. We believe we are producing and exhibiting some of the very best Wire Fox Terriers in America. Ch. Purston Foxxfyre Aristocrat is currently being shown with great success. In Oct. 2006, he won the Breed at the very prestigious Montgomery County Kennel Club Show. This was the American Fox Terrier Club National Specialty. He went on to win the Breed at the 2006 Eukanuba Invitational Championship show in Long Beach, CA. This Eukanuba show was televised and he can still be seen in the reruns of this dog show. In 2007, he has won numerous Terrier Groups and won Best in Specialty Show at the Lone Star Fox Terrier Specialty in March.
In the Spring of 2002 Foxfyre Wires joined with the famous Purston Terriers with the marriage
of Mary to Michael Collings. With this union, Foxfyre Wires will have the
expertise and knowledge of one of the world's foremost terrier authorities.
